Check-In & Check-Out Requirements
- Identification & Payment: A valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card are required at check-in.
- Pre-Authorization: All credit and debit cards will be pre-authorized and charged prior to check-in. To avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation, ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $200 USD is required at check-in and must be paid using the primary guest's credit card. This policy is strictly enforced for property safety and damage control.
Stay Restrictions
- Maximum Stay: The maximum length of stay is 21 consecutive nights. The hotel cannot accommodate stays exceeding this limit. Hotel does not rent weekly or monthly stays at all. We rent day by day at daily rates only.
- Right to Refuse Service: In accordance with safety regulations, guests listed on the hotel’s "Do Not Rent" list will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Late Arrivals & Overnight Front Desk Hours
- Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving late, notify the front desk in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Staff Break Notice: Please note that our front desk staff takes a mandatory overnight break from 2:30 AM to 3:30 AM daily. Front desk services will be temporarily unavailable during this hour.
Service Animal Policy
- Pets: Standard pets are not permitted on the property.
- Service Animals: We welcome certified service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. Please notify the front desk upon arrival to register your service animal. We kindly request that you provide relevant health documentation, including proof of current rabies vaccination. Service animals must remain under the control of the registered guest at all times and may not be left unattended in guest rooms. While no pet fees or deposits apply to service animals, the registered guest assumes 100% liability for any incidental damages caused by the animal during their stay.
Housekeeping & Sustainability
- Housekeeping: Full daily housekeeping services are provided. We encourage all guests to utilize this service to maintain room comfort and cleanliness. There will be no service after housekeeping hours.
- Energy Conservation: We proudly participate in the San Diego County Energy Conservation Program to reduce our environmental footprint.
